Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the tgportal website, mobile application, or any associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with tgportal's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the tgportal Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity. If you are accessing tgportal on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these terms.

tgportal reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Eligibility & Age Restriction

In addition to the age requirement, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to use the tgportal Platform:

• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity acting in a commercial capacity;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of tgportal, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by tgportal or any other gaming operator or regulatory authority;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• You have not previously had a tgportal account terminated for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

tgportal reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on tgportal, you must register a player account. Each individual may hold only one active account on tgportal. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering your tgportal account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form;
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete;
• Keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential;
• Notify tgportal immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security;
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

tgportal will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above obligations. You acknowledge that tgportal may, at its sole discretion, refuse to register any applicant or terminate any existing account without being required to provide a reason, subject to applicable law.

Account verification is required before withdrawals can be processed. tgportal may request government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. This process is standard practice for licensed gaming operators and is required to protect players and comply with anti-money laundering regulations.

Deposits & Withdrawals

tgportal supports deposits and withdrawals through Philippine payment channels including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions on tgportal are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the tgportal cashier and are subject to change without prior notice.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on tgportal:

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted;
• tgportal reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used before processing a withdrawal;
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible;
• tgportal targets GCash withdrawal processing within five minutes, though processing times may vary depending on payment provider availability and verification requirements;
• tgportal reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending completion of identity verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity;
• Any funds deposited in error must be reported to tgportal support immediately. tgportal will make reasonable efforts to reverse erroneous transactions but cannot guarantee recovery in all cases.

tgportal does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside tgportal's control. Players are advised to check with their respective banks or e-wallet providers regarding applicable charges.

Bonuses & Promotions

tgportal may from time to time offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. General conditions applicable to all tgportal bonuses include:

• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash except as expressly permitted by the applicable bonus terms;
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn;
• tgportal reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms;
• Bonuses are void if tgportal determines that they have been claimed through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or the exploitation of system errors;
• tgportal's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding.

Players who have opted out of marketing communications may not receive notification of available promotions. You can update your communication preferences at any time through your tgportal account settings.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the tgportal Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game on tgportal, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

tgportal uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for all non-live games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the rules of the respective game as displayed in the live game interface.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on tgportal's servers, the server-side record shall be deemed authoritative. tgportal's game logs are the definitive record of all game outcomes and transactions.

tgportal reserves the right to void any game round or transaction where a technical error, software malfunction, or human error has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, tgportal will make reasonable efforts to restore affected players to their pre-error position.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tgportal Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using false or third-party identity information;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live dealer games;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the tgportal Platform;
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Allowing any third party to access or use your tgportal account.

tgportal employs fraud detection systems and monitors account activity for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, tgportal reserves the right to suspend the account, withhold withdrawals pending investigation, and take such further action as it deems appropriate.

Responsible Gaming

Gaming on tgportal is intended as a form of entertainment. If you feel that your gaming is no longer enjoyable or is causing financial, emotional, or social harm, we strongly encourage you to make use of tgportal's responsible gaming tools or to seek assistance from a qualified support service.

Self-exclusion requests submitted through tgportal will be processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in, deposit, or participate in any games. tgportal will also suppress all marketing communications to self-excluded players for the duration of the exclusion period.

Intellectual Property

All content on the tgportal Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of tgportal or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tgportal Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without tgportal's prior written consent;
• Modify or create derivative works based on any Platform content;
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the Platform;
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorised use of tgportal's intellectual property may result in legal action. tgportal's trademarks and trade names may not be used in connection with any product or service without tgportal's prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tgportal, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical errors, system outages, or interruptions to the Platform;
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform;
• Interruption or cessation of the Platform for maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond tgportal's reasonable control.

tgportal's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your tgportal account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude tgportal's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

Account Suspension & Termination

tgportal reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a regulatory authority;
• Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months;
• Any other reason that tgportal, in its sole discretion, deems sufficient to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other players.

Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms & Conditions, tgportal reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account. Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach — such as voluntary closure or inactivity — any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your tgportal account at any time by contacting tgportal support. Account closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules.

Amendments to These Terms

tgportal reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms & Conditions will always be available on this page, with the effective date indicated at the top of the document.

Where tgportal makes material changes to these Terms & Conditions, it will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or through an in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates.

Your continued use of the tgportal Platform following the posting of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting tgportal support.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the tgportal Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. You may initiate this process by contacting tgportal support with a written description of your complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

tgportal's decisions on matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status are final and binding, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.
